Who are we? ___ We want to be your attorneys! This is who we are: Helgesen, Waterfall & Jones began in 1982 when two law BYU law school friends and Ogden lawyers, Jack Helgesen and Scott Waterfall, became law partners in Ogden. The firm has grown to eight lawyers, six paralegals and other bright, capable employees. HW&J is a lawfirm with Utah family values and a reputation for winning difficult cases.
