Richard received his B.A. in ecomonics and graduated from BYU Law School in 1982. He has been successfully practicing law in Ogden, Utah since 1983— he has been with the law firm ever since. Rich specializes in homeowners associations, condominium and real estate law, evictions, and foreclosures.

MICHAEL V. HOUTZ

ATTORNEY

Michael received a master’s degree from NYU and law degree from BYU. He joined the firm in 1991. He has extensive practice in criminal law as a prosecutor and defense attorney. He specializes in social security disability, personal injury, government entities, medical malpractice, contracts, and estate planning.

Scott originally joined the law firm in 2005 as a legal intern. He returned to the law firm in 2006 after graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law.
